Serrano Ham Reserva with Traditional Speciality Guaranteed (TSG) certificate with leg and V-shaped cut in the skin.
Essentially a fatty product obtained by salting, drying and ageing the hind legs of the pig.
Guaranteed 15 month minimum curing period.
This product is available, in addition to with leg, in a variety of boned cuts to suit the preferences of each customer:

Piece of boneless Serrano ham, cleaned on both sides.
