Serrano Ham Reserva with Traditional Speciality Guaranteed (TSG) certificate without leg but with skin.
Essentially a fatty product obtained by salting, drying and ageing the hind legs of the pig.
Guaranteed 12 month minimum curing period.
This product is available, in addition to without leg, in a variety of boned cuts to suit the preferences of each customer:
