Piece of boneless cured shoulder, with a V-shaped cut in the skin.
SKINLESS BONED SHOULDER
Piece of boneless cured ham, without the skin.
BONED SHOULDER CLEANED & SKINNED
Piece of boneless cured shoulder, cleaned on both sides.
